Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the various factors of E- WOM influencing Customer Hotel Booking Decision .The researcher identified the various factors of E-WOM influencing customer decision making through the past studies conducted by various researcher.T.The research type used for this study is descriptive research.The sampling technique used for this study is simple random sampling.The data was collected through structured Questionnaire which consist of closed ended Questions and sample size of the study is limited to 150 ,due to time constraint and from this only 100 response was taken for analysis.The data was analyzed through the statistical tools such as an nova,correlation and Multiple Regression.From the analyses it is resulted that …………………………………………...
